SEOverts Sub-processor List

This page lists the third-party sub-processors that Meerkat 9000 LLC ("Company," "SEOverts," "we," "us") engages to process personal data in connection with the SEOverts Service. We engage these providers to deliver, secure, and support the Service, and we bind each to data-protection obligations that are no less protective than those in our Data Processing Addendum.

This list is referenced by our Privacy Policy and our DPA (Annex III).

Locations indicate the primary processing region; "Global" providers operate edge infrastructure across multiple regions. International transfers are handled under appropriate safeguards as described in our Privacy Policy and DPA (including the EU Standard Contractual Clauses and the UK IDTA where applicable). Google user data accessed via Google APIs is handled in accordance with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

How We Communicate Changes

We may add, replace, or remove sub-processors as the Service evolves. When we make a material change, we will update this page with a new effective date and, for customers, provide notice consistent with Section 5.3 of the DPA, which includes a thirty (30) day window to object on reasonable data-protection grounds.
